Are you up for it? A travel agency offers honeymoons in space
An exclusive 19-day package allows newlyweds to float in space, experience weightlessness and admire the curvature of the Earth.

Going on a honeymoon to space is now a real option. Of course, you have to be a bit eccentric, brave and, of course, wealthy.
Honimunn, a luxury travel agency specializing in honeymoons, has introduced a package that promises to take newlyweds beyond the Earth's atmosphere.
The exclusive experience includes a 19-day trip to paradisiacal beaches and an unusual stopover: a suborbital flight that allows couples to experience weightlessness and observe the curvature of the Earth from space.

In a suborbital flight, the craft ascends above the atmosphere, experiences a few minutes of weightlessness, and then descends back to Earth, without completing a full orbit around the planet. In contrast, in orbital flights, the craft reaches a speed sufficient to remain in orbit around the Earth for hours, days, or even months.
All this is possible for the modest sum of 625 thousand euros per person. For that price, in addition to the beach and space, the Agency promises to make travelers part of the history of space tourism, which, so far, has some 700 pioneers under its belt. “We raise the concept of honeymoon to new heights, fusing romance and adventure in a trip like no other,” promotes Honimunn on its website.
19 days and one unforgettable night
The experience begins with a stay in the crystal-clear waters of Bora Bora , where couples stay in private ocean villas and enjoy exclusive activities such as helicopter flights over the heart island of Tupai and catamaran rides across the lagoon.
The journey continues at The Brando eco-resort, located on Tetiaroa , Marlon Brando's former private island, where they can relax in sustainable luxury. As an optional part of the package, the couple can celebrate a Tahitian ceremony to consecrate their union.

The next leg of the trip takes them to Los Angeles, where they stay at the historic Belmond El Encanto hotel in Santa Barbara. This retreat has been an exclusive destination for Hollywood's elite since the 1950s and offers a combination of glamour and tranquility, just before the space leg of the trip.
The most eagerly awaited moment of the itinerary is the preparation for the suborbital flight. The couple receives intensive training in specialised facilities, including microgravity simulations and theoretical sessions on the details of the flight.
Companies such as Blue Origin and Virgin Galactic have developed this type of trip, which reaches the Kármán Line, located at an altitude of 100 km, without completing an orbit around the Earth.
During the flight, the newlyweds experience a few minutes of weightlessness as they float in the cabin of the ship and enjoy a spectacular view of the planet. The curvature of the Earth, the intense contrast between the blue atmosphere and the vacuum of space, and the feeling of being out of this world certainly make for an unforgettable experience. The ship then begins its descent and re-entry into the atmosphere, before landing in a controlled manner.
To top off the honeymoon, the couples will spend five days at Amangiri, an exclusive retreat in the Utah desert. There, couples can enjoy tours of the nearby canyons and spa treatments designed to relax the body after the extreme experience of space flight.
Maria Ortega, Director of Travel Design at Honimunn, highlighted the proposal: "We believe that space travel represents the next big leap in the luxury travel sector . Increasingly, people are looking for unique and personalized experiences, and space exploration offers just that: an experience that literally takes a person out of this world."
